BeaconMedaes does offer Non-medical Air outlets on their lab side.
If the facility has a true Instrument Air gas system, than I would use an Instrument Air Outlet, relabeled for the non-standard pressure.
If the facility does not have a true Instrument Air gas system, than an alternative like a lab air turret with a hose barb is a good alternative.
There is nothing that says that these air outlets points needs to be a wall outlet. I've seen many facilities with a threaded ball valve at the wall penetration, and the users thread in what ever adaptor they need for their application.
