Dental Vacuum

    Does anyone who can suggest how to set up central dental vacuum especially for wet system? Huge problem found when we use blower directly to wet system(the blower burned)

    First question have you ever installed a dental system? You know that you have to have an oral vac receiver between the chair and the dry pump?

    Don, Yes, There is receiver installed between dental chair and blower, but seems not work well. Is there any special requirements for the receiver? Another question is amalgam separator should be equipped with dental chair or installed a central amalgam separator?

     I prefer the amalgam catch to be at the chair side but you can have them after the separator before it goes down the drain.
