Old Hill-Rom Headwall Conversion

    Hello,

We have a facility that's quickly running out of their last repair parts for the outlets on the attached headwalls. I'm wondering if anyone has come accross these & found a good way to convert the outlets? We've been told that these have been obsolete for years, and haven't found any repair kits that work.

Full headwall conversion might be possible, but they're looking to move NICU in the next couple years. Also in an open NICU area where noise/shutdown is not wanted. Any inisght or help is appreciated!

    Hi Zac,

Those are old Fairfield rail headwalls from what I can tell.  Tri-tech makes some DISS fittings that probably fit that thread profile (FF & FRF series I believe).  If you combine that DISS fitting with a DISS x Ohmeda style fitting from another manufacturer such as Bay Corp, that would give you essentially a new outlet.

Having said that, those existing outlets can be completely rebuilt and also you can still get the keying discs for the front assembly.  Let me know if you have any further questions.
