You can start any time after 7:00 a.m., but all tests must be completed before 4:30 p.m.

General Information:

Open book 100 question (90 percent to pass)

Book NFPA 99 and (if you like, Beacon Medaes Mark Allen’s booklet for 2015)

MGPHO will need a copy of your current ASSE 6030 2012 Card

The cost for this exam will be $100.00 per exam
